Refund policy

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement. You can do this by contacting us via our Contact Us page. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods back to our studio.
